We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 20% of the total service cost.
Failure to provide notice (no-call, no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount.
